I was pressed to find a way of using your sauce since i rarely cook and do not eat sandwiches as I am carb conscious, but after I boiled a couple of eggs I realized that it was one way to try it and I was very pleasantly surprised. It actually is a very fresh and delicious sauce.

As someone of Haitian heritage, I am SO PROUD to see a Haitian run company that seems organized and has their stuff together! On a recent trip to Miami, my aunt purchased this for me (knowing how much I love my piklees) and my husband and I fell in love with it. We've been eating it with everything from just plain avocados to griot with du riz a pois. I live in NY and I brought 3 bottles back with me 2 months ago and I am almost all out. Can I find this is NY? If not, how do I go about placing an order? I tried this hot sauce and it is one of the most delicious hot sauces I've ever tried. I put it on rice, in eggs, I mix it with mayonnaise to make a spicy sandwich spread. It is especially good on fish with a squirt of lemon. Love Men Pa'w!

You know Haitians can't cook anything without adding a ton of fresh spices to it!!....that's why Haitian food is sooo good! BTW, that's my last jar, and I really need to get on the ball and order some more....that stuff is like crack!! Lol!!
Ginna Germain Basile Men Pa'w can be used before or after, but when I make these pork chops I add it in with the fresh garlic, black peppercorns, sea salt and cilantro after crushing them in a Pilon. It's spicy and delicious on anything.
